Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales of existing customers of frozen Seafood in designated area.
- Develop good business relationship with those customers that have been chosen as targets.
- Follow up the sales till moneys due for commission are in our accounts.
- Make weekly and monthly reports on progress of the work with your clients in order to revise all common work and plan for the next week/month. Aims and targets will be clearly defined for each week/month and will be the backbone on the next week's/month/s work.

Responsibilities:
1. Buildup, maintain and update supplier¡¯s database:
- Purchase of specific products. It requires the completion of a list of suppliers for the designated products;
- File all original fax / mail / communication related to your products from the factories in one product file;
- Make files in the outlook as per products;
- Produce request charts and Spec. sheet;
- Take responsibility for always having the files UP TO DATE!!!
- Update supplier list. Each week, purchase department updates together all new information received --- new suppliers for X product, new product in X factory, change of e-mail, person, tel, etc.
2. Research on supplying potentials and manipulate the whole buying process:
-Collect all necessary price requests and pass it to related suppliers, to compare all the possible supplies and their quotations, and present optimized buying proposals to the superiors;
- Update quotation progress with all information. Make sure to add any quotation on obtained information;
- Take responsibility of sending offers to the superiors and the sales department. If there is something that does not make sense in the offer, check with factories first;
- Act with accuracy and velocity! Price information and other valuable responses must be provided within 24 hours;
- Complete prices must be provided within 48 hours;
- Every two weeks, update prices for standard products;
- Present weekly report.
There is also the possibility to look at the imports into China with the factories you are working with. This could only be done if the International and Chinese market allows this.
3. Other duties:
- Help the other members of the team in their daily duty and specifically take over responsibility when requested during their absence of office;
- You will be requested from time to time to attend fairs and travel in order to visit suppliers;
- Helping with other general normal office duties.

- To help the QC Director to assume all QC tasks and optimize the work of all existing field inspectors.

Responsibilities:
- Design of clear specification sheets for each product.
- Design of QC sheets for each product.
- Communicate with factories to ensure the respect of specification sheets.
- Organize, according to priorities, the daily work of site inspectors in co-ordination with sales and administration departments.
- Supervise, in coordination with site inspectors, the release of raw material and finished product.
- Chase and analyze all QC sheets and communicate results to Sales.
- Manage effectively all claims in coordination with sales and factories.
- Direct and revise factory audits; obtain factory up to date HACCP certificates.
- Establish data base with all existing and new factory audits, Product specification sheets and QC sheets.
- Follow up design and processing of new products in accordance with specification sheets.
- Provide technical support to relevant departments to meet business development needs.
